These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Audioma app and related services ("Service").
By using Audioma, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Audioma is a language learning application designed to help users learn through audio-based practice.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Audioma.
If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.
4. Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your login details secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Free Access and Trial
Audioma offers limited free access and a trial period:
- You may use a limited number of free learning items ("blocks")
- After this, you may be offered a 7-day free trial of the full service
- At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin automatically unless cancelled
It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription Plans
Audioma may offer monthly and annual subscription plans.
Details such as pricing and billing cycle will be shown clearly at the time of purchase.
Billing and Renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
- Payment is charged through the platform you used to subscribe (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe)
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account or the platform used for purchase
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access until the end of that period
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the platform through which you made the purchase (e.g. Apple, Google, or Stripe). We do not issue refunds directly.
7. Use of the Service
You agree to use Audioma only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Use the app in a way that could harm the service or other users
- Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access
- Reverse engineer or misuse the platform
8. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create in Audioma.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited right to store and process your content solely to operate and improve the app.
You are responsible for the content you create.
9. AI Features
Audioma uses third-party services to generate translations and audio.
These features are provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. You should not rely on them for critical or professional use.
10. Availability
We aim to keep Audioma running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may update, change, or remove features at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- Audioma is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are significant, we will notify you.
Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
